Prepare your order the next day and send it out on that same day to make sure the carrier will deliver your merchandise 48 to 72 hours after your purchase, as long as the merchandise is in stock. It is also possible for the customer to specify a delivery date. All orders are prepared in the morning and shipped in the afternoon (unless noted otherwise). They are then forwarded to the delivery department the same evening, to be delivered the following day (depending on your place of residence). The time elapsed between your order and the delivery at your residence, is of 48 to 72 hours for orders delivered in Quebec. Offer you the best delivery service

All of our orders are meticulously prepared by our team with a special packaging adapted to the circumstances (if mentioned). If one or more articles were to be broken during transportation by our provider, you shall contact us as soon as possible. We will therefore proceed to a second delivery or reimburse you partially or in full. If ever no one is present to claim the parcel at the address indicated, the carrier will leave a notice in the mailbox to let you know where you may recuperate the parcel.
