All diamonds or precious stones are testified to be real and to be of a superior quality.

The guarantee testifies that all jewellery is in 10k, 14k, 18 karat or platinum if they are said to be so. All diamonds are precious and set by a professional setter.

Langlois Jewellery is engaged to replace every diamond or precious stone having been lost as a result of a defect in the make. 

The guarantee certifies that all of our high quality jewellery is stamped with our trademark and karat in order to respect the laws of the Government of Canada. 

The store politic testifies that a return is possible in the 30 days following the purchase if no modifications have been done to the jewellery, including sizing. We do not take back under any circumstance merchandise that has been ordered special or custom made. In the case of a return, a refund is never allowed. Only an exchange or a credit is possible. The only credits cards accepted are: Visa, Master Card and all debit cards. We also offer our customer the possibility to pay through Desjardins Accord D.

All our prices may change without notice according to the value of gold and diamonds and depending on weight and clarity of diamonds.
